Meeting RSVP · Last updated June 2026
Meeting RSVP is an event and meeting invitation service that corporations and medical and dental practices use to invite people to their events and manage registrations and RSVPs. If you received an invitation, the organization that invited you is using Meeting RSVP to run that event. Meeting RSVP is operated by SpecialtyIntel LLC.
When you register for or respond to an event you were invited to, we collect the information you provide on the registration form: your name, email address, mobile phone number, the practice or organization you are with, your role, and your RSVP or attendance status. If you provide a mobile number or check the promotional text-message box, we also record your consent choices and the exact disclosure text shown to you at that time.
Text messaging is entirely optional, and consent to receive text messages is not a condition of registering for or attending any event. There are two separate kinds of text messages on this platform, each with its own consent, both collected only on the event registration form:
Registration-related messages (transactional). If you provide a mobile number when registering, a notice at the phone-number field explains that you will receive registration-related text messages for that event only: a confirmation of your RSVP and reminders for the event you registered for. These are sent solely in connection with the registration you asked for and are never promotional.
Promotional messages (marketing). Invitations to future events and continuing-education announcements are sent only if you check the separate, never pre-checked promotional text-message box. That checkbox is the only way to opt in to promotional texts, and it is distinct from — and never bundled with — the registration-related notice above. Declining it does not affect your registration or your confirmation and reminder messages.
Text-message programs on this platform are operated by the inviting organization named in your invitation and on the registration form. Current text-message programs on this platform include JC Endodontics NYC (New York, NY).
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP at any time to opt out; you will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed and will then receive no further texts of either kind. Reply HELP for help. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not sell or share your mobile information or your text-message opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The only parties involved in delivering your texts are the organization that invited you and our text-message delivery provider (Twilio), used solely to send the messages you asked for. For each consent, we store your choice, the date, the mobile number, and the exact disclosure or notice text you were shown.
Meeting RSVP collects event and contact details only. It is not a place to enter health information, and we do not ask for or knowingly store any medical or patient information.
We share the information you submit with the organization (the practice or company) that invited you, so they can manage the event you registered for. We also use service providers strictly to operate the service — for example, our text-message delivery provider (Twilio) to send any texts you opted into. We do not share your information with anyone else for marketing.
Reply STOP to a text message at any time to stop receiving texts. To ask what information we hold about you, or to have it corrected or removed, contact the organization that invited you or reach us at the address below.
