Meeting RSVP is an event and meeting invitation service that corporations and medical and dental practices use to invite people to their events and manage registrations and RSVPs. It is operated by SpecialtyIntel LLC. These terms cover your use of the site to register for or respond to an event you were invited to.
Please use Meeting RSVP only to respond to events you were actually invited to, and provide accurate information so the organizer can reach you. Do not misuse the site, attempt to access other people’s registrations, or interfere with its operation. Questions about a specific event should go to the organization that invited you.
Meeting RSVP is for event and contact details only. Do not submit medical, patient, or other health information through the site.
Text messaging is optional and never required to register for or attend an event. Two separate consents apply, both collected on the event registration form: providing a mobile number (with the notice shown at the phone-number field) covers registration-related messages only — your RSVP confirmation and reminders for the event you registered for; promotional messages (invitations to future events, continuing-education announcements) are sent only if you check the separate, never pre-checked promotional text-message box. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of all texts (you will get one final confirmation message), or HELP for help. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Text-message programs on this platform are operated by the inviting organization named in your invitation and on the registration form. Current text-message programs on this platform include JC Endodontics NYC (New York, NY).
We do not sell or share your mobile information or your text-message opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. For full details on how text-message opt-in is collected, used, and stored, see the Text messages (SMS) section of our Privacy Policy.
We may update the service and these terms from time to time. The service is provided as is, to help you respond to event invitations; the organization that invited you is responsible for the event itself.
